We also extend free delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK offshore islands, like the Channel Islands. However, for larger or heavier items delivered to these areas, we may need to arrange a courier supplement charge. Rest assured, this only applies if your item needs a courier. Mainland UK addresses receive free delivery.
Currently, we do not provide shipping outside of the UK due to Brexit courier restrictions. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The majority of our products (95%) are delivered by either courier or Royal Mail, depending on their weight and value, within 3-5 working days. Most items are dispatched directly from our warehouse, while others come from the manufacturer.

To ensure accurate delivery expectations and to avoid disappointment, we recommend contacting our team to check stock levels and delivery times before placing an order.
We strive to dispatch your items promptly. Orders placed before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), aim to be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2.00pm will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders made over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Around 80% of our orders are dispatched within this timeframe.
Larger or valuable items are delivered by our courier service free of charge, either through a 24-hour courier service or a 2-3 day delivery service. For more information, refer to the individual product descriptions.
We don't dispatch items on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays, as our offices are closed. Nevertheless, your items may be delivered on a Saturday if you choose a Saturday courier for expedited delivery.
Please note that high-demand products may take slightly longer to arrive.
The estimated delivery time is approximate. Royal Mail packages typically arrive between 1-5 days. Larger items sent via courier usually arrive within 1-3 days, although some specialist items may take longer. Your order will be delivered to the address you provide during the order process. Please note that orders with multiple items may arrive separately.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’ve made the process simple.
You have 14 days to return an item under our policy.
If you receive a Bracing item from Joint Operations and it doesn't suit your needs, let our Customer Care Team know within those 14 days.
Contact us by email or phone to get an authorisation number and learn how and where to return the item. Including the returns number helps us process your return faster.
Items returned without a returns number may take longer to process
You can send back any item that can be resold within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. We'll refund your card once we receive and process the item.
Please remember that you need to pay for the postage when returning unwanted items. The item must be in a condition that can be resold, with its original packaging, free from stains, smells, marks, and liquid or residue.
Some items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or their nature. If you need more information about our returns policy, please call our customer care team before making a purchase.
Make sure to use a tracked service and adequate packaging when sending the item back, as you're responsible for it until we receive it.
When we say 14 days, we mean every day from Monday to Sunday. It doesn't matter if you're working or not, all days count.
Your cancellation or 'cooling off' period begins the moment you receive your items. If your entire order arrives all at once, you've got 14 days from that day to decide if you'd like to keep them. However, if your items are delivered on different days, your 14-day period starts from the day you receive the final item.
This also applies to products that come in multiple parts delivered separately. Your 14 days start from the day the last piece arrives. And for those receiving regular deliveries over several days, your 'cooling off' period concludes 14 days after you get the first item.
Just remember, if you want to cancel, you need to let us know within those 14 days. Cancelling after that means you can't return or exchange the goods.
We always strive to choose the best products available, and pack them carefully to ensure they reach you safely.
However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. We'll be happy to replace or exchange the item free of charge or provide you with a full refund.
Once we receive and process your returned item, we'll refund your card or send a replacement.
Returning an item without an authorisation number delays processing.
Incorrectly sent items may incur forwarding costs to the correct address, chargeable at our discretion. Follow our returns procedure to obtain an authorisation number and the correct returns address.
Items sent outside the returns policy timescale are ineligible for a refund or credit, and a £25 administration fee will be charged for processing the invalid return, along with full postage costs, including packing and VAT, for returning the item to you.
We check all returns. If an item is not faulty, we'll send it back to you, and you'll need to pay for postage. The cost of postage will vary based on the size and weight of the item.

Our returns policy is applicable to purchases made by consumers and/or the general public. However, if the purchaser is a business, corporate body, or a non-consumer, there may be a restocking fee if they decide to return the item. For complete information, please consult our terms and conditions.
Unless proven faulty, we do not permit exchanges or refunds for such products. Examples of items falling under this category include those exposed to open wounds, immersed in water or liquid, and inserted into the body. This list is not exhaustive.
