The GenuTrain’s anatomically contoured high-low knitted fabric has a highly textured surface for stimulation of the knee’s proprioceptors and improving control of the joint’s stabilizing muscles. Its two-part Omega+ Pad encases and protects the kneecap.

The pad enhances the support’s pain-relieving and sensorimotoric effect by stimulating the Hoffa’s fat pad and base of the meniscus more intensively via the Hoffa spots, two friction points and meniscus wings. Firmer massage nubs in the material provide additional targeted stimulation during movement.

The GenuTrain fits comfortably and securely thanks to plastic stays with bending zones and a soft, breathable knit in the hollow of the knee. Integrated donning and doffing aids make taking on and off easier.
