Great pain relief

Great pain relief. Highly recommend this machine! Would it be possible to place the clip, which joins the two tubes carrying the iced water, within reach of the patient? Its very hard for an elderly patient to reach down themselves to unclip it.

Perfect fit

Perfect fit, very comfortable and easy to adjust. Could feel the cold but without being uncomfortable so could put it straight onto the skin, perfect temperature.
