Fantastic bit of kit! I had used this at the hospital where I had my knee surgery, and instantly ordered one for home to continue the post-op care. Large surface area means it cools a much bigger area than regular ice packs, and the added compression feature is really helpful. Have been using daily for my recovery, and I'm sure will be using when back to playing sports also!
The 8x bags for reusable ice blocks are really handy, and means there is always a second set in the freezer ready to be rotated. The machine is really quiet, great for doing cycles of treatment whilst watching TV
